Orlando Bloom’s Former Tribeca Fossils Selling Fast For $7.1 Million

Gimme Shelter learned that a loft adjacent to Taylor Swift in the Tribeca Building sold and closed in less than three weeks for $7.1 million.

It was an all cash deal.

The top floor, located at 155 Franklin Street, was asking for $7.25 million, as previously mentioned.

Orlando Bloom owned it in 2014, when he bought it for $4.75 million before flipping it less than a year later for $5.6 million.

It also served as a temporary home for Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

The corner unit on the fourth floor comes with three bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, and historic details, such as steel columns, wooden beams, and wide oak floors.

There is also an open plan kitchen and a steel framed glass wall with French doors in the master bedroom.

The iconic Sugar Loaf building dates back to 1882. Past and present residents include comedian Aziz Ansari, Steven Soderbergh, and “Lord of the Rings” director Peter Jackson.

Swift bought two adjoining apartments for Jackson for $19.95 million and then another unit. She also owns an $18 million country house on the premises — bringing her total Franklin Street real estate holdings to about $50 million.

The listing brokers are Kristen Jordan, star of “New York Million Dollar”, and Victoria Adamo.
