A California man waded through rushing flood waters to save a drowning cat, and the rescue was captured on camera.
Skip Campbell and his wife, Nancy, went for a walk near their home in Sacramento on Sunday, when they heard a cat struggling after heavy rain from a “hurricane” storm swept the state, According to KTXL.
