Solskjaer is under tremendous pressure as his future hangs in the balance after a string of humiliating defeats.

They were beaten 5-0 at home by Redknapp’s old side Liverpool last time out, and the 48-year-old says United’s players pass easily.

Tell sky: “I’ve been in the locker room before when things didn’t work out for the manager and that’s what it looks like to me.

“This dressing room, in the nicest way, looks like it’s going to be a vacation camp.

“I can’t imagine Solskjaer going there pointing his finger telling the players what to do.

“Everything looks very nice. Players get away with things and that’s a recipe for disaster in football.

“They have bought themselves some time but if they lose to Tottenham and then lose two more games, I’m sorry, but he can’t stay.

“It’s tough because he’s Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, of course he’s a respected personality at the club.

“I said two years ago, it would be like shooting Bambi.

“But sometimes you have to look at what’s best for the team. Even he’ll look at it and go, ‘I can’t keep my job under these conditions.'”

Former United defender Mikael Silvestre pressed his old team-mate this week and said Solskjaer should win the trophy this season if he keeps his job.
