Fabio scored the second-half stoppage-time winner as the New York Red Bulls beat Montreal 1-0 on Saturday in Harrison, New Jersey.
New York (13-12-7) have not scored or conceded more than one goal in their last nine home games, including winning their last three games 1-0. Red Bull is the first team to play nine consecutive home games without either team scoring two goals since Columbus in 2006.
Fabio’s header from substitute Caden Clark in the second half kept New York’s hopes alive.
Montreal (11-11-10) had tied in its last three matches, with two of those tied in the 95th minute.
