Liverpool should put their hands in their pockets and spend big money on Erling Haaland and Judd Bellingham.
That is the view of former Red Glen Johnson, who has urged his old club to make a sensational double-blow transition for the Dortmund pair.
Liverpool have a long-standing interest in England star Bellingham while Haaland is wanted by every European giant.
Johnson believes the lure of playing under Jurgen Klopp and the prospect of winning titles will be enough to tempt the pair at Anfield.
Tell William Hill“I would like to see Haaland and Bellingham in Liverpool. They are youngsters who were built for the Premier League and for a club like Liverpool.
“They can develop over the years under a coach like Jurgen Klopp and I can see them become huge names in football for a very long time.
“There will be competition from other clubs across Europe for sure, but I think it would be great to come to Anfield, challenge for titles and work under a top-class coach like Klopp.”
It would take huge fees to give them prizes from the Bundesliga giants.

Sebastian Keel, director of Dortmund sports club, said recently that Bellingham’s contract has “no minimum and no exit clause”.
The 18-year-old is already a regular in England and has started every match of the BVB season so far.
Haaland’s deal at Signal Iduna Park is said to include a £64m release clause.
Already rated as one of the deadliest strikers in world football, he has scored 70 goals in 69 appearances for Dortmund.
