The bestselling book is now finding its way to the small screen as the Los Angeles Media Fund is developing an adaptation of the novel, the heatwritten by Andrew de Jong. according to LimitTV series developed by Gabriel Bessette Smithwho produced The last hours of Laura K, Nominated for a BAFTA TV Craft Award for Digital Creativity as well as Best Visual Experience at SXSW. the heat It will be based on the novel by DeYoung who wrote earlier Exo . project which won him the Minnesota Book Award. The book was published by Turner Publishing in March of this year.
Story of the the heat It centers around Jacob Young, who becomes trapped inside an office complex after a toxic gas leak.
