How to cancel Deezer Premium (mobile phone)
Before terminating your subscription, you may want to consider the tricks and tips that all Deezer users should know. If you choose to cancel because of the interface, this article may convince you otherwise. If you still want to cancel your Deezer Premium subscription, do the following:
- Launch the Deezer app on your phone.
- Click on the pinwheel at the top right to go to settings.
- Faucet Account management.
- under My subscription planFaucet Manage my subscription.
- In the new window, choose unsubscribe. On the same page, if you’re not sure you want to cancel, you can choose a different Deezer plan.
- Choose the reason and press Sure To ensure the completion of the process.
This process is simple and should not take more than a few minutes. Make sure that when you do this, it is before the next payment date.
For example, if you signed up on August 22, you must cancel before September 22 to avoid being charged. The good news is that you can cancel at any time during those 30 days, and your premium subscription will last until the 22nd.
How to cancel Deezer Premium (desktop)
You can also cancel your subscription if you primarily use Deezer on your computer. Here are the steps to follow:
- Open your browser and go to Deezer.com. If you need to login to your account.
- Click on the icon image in the upper right corner.
- Choose Account settings.
- click Manage my subscriptions.
- In the new window, click unsubscribe.
- Choose the reason and click Sure To ensure the completion of the process.
