Trackhouse Racing has expanded its partnership with Princess Cruises.
Trackhouse Racing featured a new partner, Princess Cruises, during the trip to Watkins Glen International. This initial race of the Cup series was a success with Daniel Suarez placing fifth overall, leading to a huge sponsorship expansion.
Trackhouse Racing met with members of the media at Daytona International Speedway and discussed the extended deal. According to team owner Justin Marks, Princess Cruises will award 10 free Princess Medallion vacations for 7 days each time Ross Chastain or Suarez turn 10th during qualifying. All fans have to do to be eligible is just sign up for Trackhouse Racing website.
“This is the first program of its kind to engage all racing fans to follow an exceptionally exciting and dynamic team through qualifying to see if these drivers win, fans can win just as much,” said John Padgett, President of Princess Cruises.
“We wanted to enter this legendary sport to offer an innovative way for racing fans to feel entitled to our Trackhouse drivers and our team. Giving as many chances as possible to win the famous Princess cruise vacation is sure to create a lot of excitement.”

Suarez can hand out more awards

The top 10 qualifiers will help fans win free vacations, but they won’t be the only opportunities out there. Suarez can personally secure more for the fans during one specific weekend.
According to Trackhouse Racing’s press release, there will be additional stakes on the line at Homestead-Miami Speedway. If Suarez manages to win this race that will take place during the eighth round, Princess Cruises will grant 99 vacations.
“Now that’s real stress – racing for the holidays for our NASCAR fans,” Suarez added in the press release. “Increasing the stakes in playoff races knowing I can send 10, or maybe even 99 Homestead fans, on a free cruise is even more incentive to get to the victory lane.”
Suarez and Chastain will track the top ten over 10 weeks. The qualifiers will begin at Darlington Raceway on September 4. It will run until November 6 when the four qualifying drivers for the championship compete at Phoenix Raceway for the biggest prize in NASCAR.

Based on Chastain and Suarez’s careers, there is a very good chance that Princess Cruises will forgo many vacations. Both drivers displayed speed during the 2022 Cup season, and both had some success on the upcoming tracks.
Chastain, in particular, won his second career race at the Talladega Superspeedway. He will enter the weekend’s game as one of the must-watch names. Chastain also has a top five finish at Darlington Raceway, a top ten finish at Kansas Speedway, a top five finish at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, a top five finish at Martinsville Speedway, and a top five finish at Phoenix Raceway . .
For comparison, Suarez has not won any of the upcoming races. Although he has some strong performances of his own. This includes two Top 10 at Bristol Motor Speedway, one Top 10 at Darlington Raceway, two Top Five at Texas Motor Speedway, one Top 10 at Kansas Motor Speedway, one Top 10 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, two Top 10 At Martinsville Speedway, one of the top 10 at the Talladega Superspeedway, and three of the top 10 at Phoenix Raceway.
