GTA 6 Devs “ruined” due to the leak, Rockstar to respond tomorrow

Leaks may be fun for gamers, but they aren’t for people who actually make games.

Earlier today, the biggest leak in Rockstar history happened, with more than an hour of GTA 6 footage leaked online, and a look at an in-development version of the game just months after Rockstar confirmed that work had begun on the next game. According to several sources, Rockstar is aware of the situation and that its employees have been “devastated” by the leak.

It’s been several hours since GTA 6 leaks started circulating, but we haven’t had any comment from Rockstar itself. Although the studio hasn’t released a statement yet, several insiders have reported that they’ve spoken to developers from the studio. One such insider is Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreyer, who confirmed the Talk to his sources to make sure the footage is realHe called it a “nightmare” for Rockstar and one of the biggest leaks in gaming history.

Schreyer said, “Not that there’s much doubt, but I’ve confirmed with Rockstar sources that this weekend’s massive Grand Theft Auto 6 leak is really real. The footage is early and incomplete, of course. This is one of the biggest leaks in video game history and a nightmare for gamers.” Rockstar”.

Schreier isn’t the only one talking to Rockstar. YouTuber LegacyKillaHD has reported from his sources that the leaks have “frustrated” the team. He said, “I’m sure it’s not necessary but I spoke to some sources at Rockstar Games this morning and they’re all broken. Devastated. Most are waiting until Monday to see how the leadership responds or what happens next but actually that’s the real deal.”

From LegacyKillaHD’s comments, it looks like we’ll be waiting until tomorrow from the studio to make any kind of comments or move toward the footage being taken down. Even without a statement, Rockstar is clearly aware of the situation He’s starting to limit who can reply to his last Instagram postlikely trying to limit the spread of leaks.
