In upcoming Disney+ documentaries, Save our team with David Beckhamsoccer star David Beckham He hopes that, like McElhenney and Reynolds, he can give back to the community he cares about by helping a young soccer team score a place in the top league.
Hitting the streaming platform on November 9, a teaser has been released today that gives us a sneak peek at what will happen when the legendary player returns to the fields he scored back in his younger days. In East London, Beckham will pour all his acquaintances into a team known as the Westward Boys, a group of unlucky young players ready to lose everything. To give the boys insight into how to perform the free kick, the kids stand in awe of their champion and sports legend before trying it out for themselves.

Over the summer, it was announced that Netflix is moving forward with a documentary on the footballer’s life. The feature, whose release date has not yet been determined, will be supported by Fisher Stevens It will focus on Beckham’s entire life from the field to fatherhood. The project will use archival footage to take fans on a journey about what made the iconic player such a distinguished name in the sport, as well as shed light on his home life with his children and his relationship with his wife, Victoria Beckham.
