A man was arrested for shoplifting in Macy’s in Manhattan on Tuesday, police said, and busted for heat. A New York Police spokesperson said the 21-year-old was kidnapped and held by security inside the Herald Square store around 6:30 p.m. until NYPD arrived and discovered he was carrying a loaded .380 caliber pistol.
